The concept of the preschool revolved around a play-based teaching system inspired by preschools in Germany and Japan. Most learning is done through play and experience, which is the inspiration behind the interiors concept. The classrooms are arranged with “centers”, from quiet to loud. Some examples are listening centers, block centers with balancing materials, touch and feel sensory centers.

The spatial design is influenced by the school philosophy integrating contemporary approaches within early childhood education. The environment calls for learning through creative and dramatic play,
